In preparation for our upcoming 50th Dinner, we had the club vote on their three favorite restaurants of all time.

In spite of several less than glowing recos, we decided to make the trip to Senate for our 49th FDWC outing.
The evening started off well with a nice drink list and several intriguing starters. Of the 5 diners (Maggie was out sick), a ‘super-majority’ started with the “My Wife’s Salad” and all agreed it was one of the best they had at a FWDC event. Kyle had the Egg and Bacon Salad which was also excellent.

After hearing multiple rave reviews, the FWDC decided to make our way to Montgomery to try out Stone Creek.

After a long snow delay, we finally made it to La Poste for dinner.

This month brought us one of the better, and longest (3.5 hours!), meals we’ve had in the FWDC.

Since we weren’t able to get into JR’s Table, the gang decided to head north of the third ring of hell for dinner at Tony’s.
For our July dinner, we were planning something a little more low key than usual, but it turned into one of the more festive dinners we’ve had.
The night started with a house tour of the amazing new Chez Tholking.
